What this policy covers

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your choices. It applies to the website, our lead‑generation/sequencing tools, and any features that use Google OAuth.

Data we collect

  1. Website data. Basic analytics and server logs (IP address, device/browser, pages viewed). Contact form submissions (name, email, message).
  2. Account & authentication data (Google OAuth). When you sign in with Google, we receive an OAuth token and may access Google account data based on the scopes you approve. Depending on the integration, we may request basic profile scopes (openid email profile) and, if enabled, Gmail scopes (e.g., gmail.send, gmail.modify, gmail.readonly) to send emails you authorize and manage replies/bounces. The exact scopes appear on the Google consent screen.
  3. Operational data. Workspace/project configuration, sequence settings, campaign metadata (e.g., templates, schedules, recipient lists*), and service usage metrics. *If you upload recipient data, you confirm you have a lawful basis to process it and will honor deletion requests.

How we use data

Google user data obtained via OAuth is used only for the purposes you enable and approve.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers under contract (hosting, email infrastructure, analytics, error monitoring) and as required by law. For Google user data, we comply with Google’s Limited Use requirements; we do not transfer it except as necessary to provide the features you enabled and we do not use it for ads.

Data retention

Your choices

Security

We use industry‑standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least‑privilege, audit logs). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve safeguards.

International data transfers

We may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect such data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
