You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the Service. Upon termination, we may delete your data subject to legal obligations.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Delaware, USA applies to these Terms, without regard to conflict of law principles.
